Your Impact!

  

As the Centre Director at Goodstart Orange Kite Street you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation and to extend your network of relationships with children, families, and educators. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team .  

 

You will establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre’s local community. 

 

The Centre:

 

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Orange - Kite Street is a 70 place centre conveniently located in the middle of the Orange CBD, making it an attractive option for working families.

Our educators are passionate and committed to assisting our children to develop a love of learning through the opportunities they are given. We are very proud of the relationships that we have with our families which provides the basis for successful partnerships and outcomes for children.

 

  • This position is a full-time permanent role – 40 hours a week with an optional RDO (ECT only)
  • On site parking available and local public transport links
  • Supportive and long-standing team
  • This centre is open from 6:30am-6:30pm every day

 

You’ll help achieve this by:   

  • Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Having strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Having a passion and willingness to learn
  • Having strong working knowledge of all areas of the National Quality Framework 
  • Having commitment to safety and high standard of work output
  • Having the desire to motive and encourage your fellow educators and those who may resist change
  • Having the availability to work a rotating roster
