As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children. 

About Goodstart Goodstart Paralowie Byron Bay Drive: 

• Our 75 place centre is located in a growing suburb within the Northern area located between Mawson Lakes and Salisbury 

• We are situated alongside Bethany Christian School and Temple Christian College, where we also support transition to Bethany for those families who enrol their children in this school

• This role will help provide support and high quality learning outcomes as they work alongside a dedicated team  in our Pre-Kindy Room 

• We vvalue inclusion for all children who attend our centre and we have developed strong relationships with support agencies to ensure best outcomes for all children

You’ll need: 

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 

• Current SA Working with Children Check
