As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
• Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business

Tucked away in a quiet, leafy pocket of Parkdale, Goodstart Parkdale is a welcoming 60-place centre where every child can feel safe, seen and celebrated. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to join our team in a full-time, 12-month fixed-term position.

Goodstart Parkdale offers an all-inclusive early learning experience designed to support every child’s growth and development across our Nursery, Toddler and Kindergarten rooms.

With just 60 places, our centre provides an intimate and connected environment where educators can genuinely get to know each child and family. We understand the needs of busy families and offer a range of valuable inclusions to make everyday routines that little bit easier.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a close-knit centre, support and inspire a dedicated team, and build meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community.

You’ll need:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (approved qualification by ACECQA)
• Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
• Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
