As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
In this role, you will:

Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice

Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement

Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business
About Goodstart Penfield:

Seeking an exceptional and experienced Centre Director - A&R experience is a MUST. They need to know what quality looks like and how to lead and be present with their team.

We are searching for a leader that can transform a Working Toward rating to a Meeting or Exceeding service by the end of the year

Located just 5 minutes outside of Elizabeth in a fast growing area - located just behind the RAAF base

Our purpose built, 85 place centre that is currently 80% occupied

We are an interactive & experience-based centre (12 acres of Land)

We are also lucky to have a variety of native animals on our doorstep which we often see when exploring our HUGE property

Children in our centre have the opportunity to experience other cultures within the centre and local community to encourage a strong sense of inclusion and acceptance

We are looking for a leader who can continue to source and build strong connections within the community

You’ll need:

A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
-
Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
-
Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
-
Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
