Pay: $58.38 p/h + super + Benefits (depending on qualification and experience)

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
• Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business

🌟 Prime Location – located conveniently in the CBD is deeply grounded in our commitment to a stronger connection to First Nations people and reconciliation. So we have named our centre using the local Noongar language - Kaadidjiny meaning 'Learning' and Maya meaning ‘Place 

🏫 Centre Overview – A purpose-built centre nestled on the prestigious St Georges Terrace, our centre comprises three brand-new age-based learning spaces. Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor space with natural sunlight.​

You’ll need:

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
• Experience with leading and managing change within education,
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
