We are seeking a highly energetic, child-centred Performance Leads for leadership positions supporting our Centre leaders to drive operational performance.  This is an awesome opportunity for you if you would love to use your exceptional business acumen and coaching capabilities to ensure Australia’s children get the best possible start in life.


A typical day in the life of a Performance Lead may involve:

  • Meeting with a Centre Director to review business results and discuss tactics to meet commercial targets
  • Leveraging functional support to ensure Centres have the right resources to deliver their business plans   
  • Using your exceptional relationship skills to secure a collaborative and inclusive community partnership
  • Coaching a future leader in problem solving and solution building to secure improvement in performance

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business or relevant experience
  • Previous senior level management experience including multi-site and people management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with influencing skills
  • Proven commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to achieve business outcomes
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace  


Extra awesome stuff we would like (desirable but not essential):

  • Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood   
  • Experience in Early Childhood Education  


The position does require having flexibility to undertake domestic travel and to work outside normal business hours as required.  An open Drivers Licence is also essential.
