Join Goodstart as a Recover@Work Partner where you’ll play a key role managing a diverse caseload of Workers Compensation matters and providing expert WC advice. Your Impact:

As a Recover@Work Partner, you’ll manage a diverse caseload of WC matters across the lifecycle of a claim, providing end-to-end case management and trusted advice to leaders and team members.

 

Drawing on your extensive WC expertise, you’ll utilise your injury management and RTW knowledge to drive WC claims to a resolution —ensuring outcomes are fair, consistent, and aligned with Goodstart’s values. 

 

Working closely with stakeholders across all levels, you’ll balance multiple perspectives, influence decision-making, and build strong, trust-based relationships. As part of a national Recover@Work team, you’ll contribute to a positive, inclusive culture, simplify complexity, and create Amazing Goodstarter Experiences every day.

You’ll bring to the table:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in injury management and workers compensation management 
  • Strong VIC scheme knowledge  
  • Current VIC Return to Work Coordinator (RTWC) certification  
  • Desirable – tertiary qualifications in Injury Management or Health & Safety  
  • Demonstrated customer service mindset that keeps the customer at the centre of what you do 
  • Highly efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment 
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust style to meet audience requirements 
  • Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic environment 
  • Current Working with Children Check for the State or Territory residing i
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check
