As an Early Childhood Educator at Goodstart, you'll ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. You’ll need:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
• Solid few years’ experience as Educational Leader
• Current VIC Working with Children Check  
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Proven ability to mentor, coach and lead teams
