As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Prospect

  • Goodstart Prospect is located in residential area, and opposite to Blackfriars Priory School. 
  • Your new purpose-built Early Learning centre has six separate and spacious age-based learning spaces, including two nursery, two toddler learning spaces, and two kindergarten rooms. 
  • Stimulating and welcoming indoor environments, while outside we offer many sensory and play-based opportunities for learning.
  • The design is a modern yet home like, naturally inspired environment. 
  • All outdoor play spaces are directly accessible from the indoor learning areas. 
  • Our Centre Director Nicole has been with Goodstart since 2018, and has been in leadership for the last 5 years. You’ll need: 

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 

  • Current SA Working with Children Check
