As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Pullenvale
Goodstart Pullenvale is nestled in the peaceful surrounds of the Woodcrest Estate—just off Moggill Road across from the CSIRO. Our 75-place centre caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years, and has proudly achieved an ‘Exceeding’ rating under the National Quality Standard (NQS) by ACECQA.
Our dedicated team of educators create a vibrant, supportive, and inclusive environment where both children and educators thrive. As a Senior Educator - Educational Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in inspiring excellence in early learning and guiding our teaching practices in a full-time capacity between operating hours 6:30am – 6:30pm, Monday – Friday.
Enjoy 5–6 hours of dedicated non-contact time each week in your Educational Leader role, giving you the opportunity to mentor educators and elevate teaching and learning practices across the centre.
As a Senior Educator - Educational Leader, you will lead the delivery of high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS, while mentoring a passionate team to achieve excellence in early learning. Building strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and the community, fostering a nurturing environment that supports each child’s development.

You’ll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
