As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you’re achieving optimal outcomes for children.

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Raceview, situated on Banksia Drive in Raceview, welcomes you to our inviting space filled with natural light and a spacious atmosphere, courtesy of our cathedral ceilings and fully air-conditioned environment. Nestled amidst lush trees and established gardens, our playground offers ample natural shade throughout the day, fostering an ideal setting for children's play and exploration. You’ll need:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)

OR

Qualification in Primary or Secondary education, Diploma or Cert 3 in Children’s Services along with QLD Teacher Registration

• Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
