Employment Type: Full-time, 38 hours per week

Contract: Maternity leave cover for 12 months 

Pay: $36.91 – $38.02 + Super + Benefits - depending on qualification and experience

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children. 

About our centre Goodstart Old Reynella

• Our centre is licensed for 90 children per day with our under two’s section capable of taking up to 30 children. 
• Our centre is located in a family-friendly residential area, just off a main road and close to schools, shops and public transport.
• Our educators are fully qualified childhood professionals with each room having a Group Leader and Assistant. Our educators offer a wealth of knowledge and experience with most being long term employees that have developed long lasting relationships with our families and their children.
• Our Centre Director has over 18 years experience in the Early Learning sector.

You’ll need: 

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 

• Current SA Working with Children Check
