As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'lltake charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

• 80-place childcare center open from 6.30 am to 6.30 pm, providing a vital service for families
• Located across two acres in the picturesque Macedon Ranges
• It boasts a purpose-built facility designed for optimal learning and development

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check
