As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. • Lead and inspire your room team in a full-time position from Monday - Friday, 6am - 6pm. Embedding reflective practice and a love of learning. 
• Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and ACECQA standards.

You’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
