Your Impact!  


As the Educational Leader you will work alongside the Educators within your centre to observe practice, review and continuously improve educational programs on offer to children.You will develop the educator teams understanding of child development and other relevant early years content knowledge, as well as support the application and use of the Early Years Learning Framework or an approved learning framework.


We are looking for an inclusion champion who will work across our 6 Centres on the Mornington Peninsular, working to support the Centres and the educators to better understand the inclusion of vulnerable children and how to support their behaviour. You will be working at each Centre for a block of 2 weeks at a time.


You will need to have knowledge of supporting inclusion of children with vulnerability, and the knowledge of external supporting systems for referral pathways for families.


You’ll help achieve this by: 


  • Having a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
  • Having a sound understanding of inclusive practise and supporting vulnerable children
  • Having a strong and in-depth knowledge of the planning cycle
  • Having strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Being familiar with the QIP and updating and maintaining this
  • Being professional, motivational and nurturing
  • Having a strong knowledge of the NQS & EYLF

If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we want to meet you!
