What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support children in engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Plan and implement fun activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and your amazing team.
• Encourage creativity, teamwork, and exploration through hands-on play and learning.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and making a difference.
• Previous experience in an ELC or a relevant qualification (cert 3 or Diploma)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
• Patience, empathy, and a sense of humor – because every day is an adventure!
• Flexibility to work either full-time or part-time (your choice).

You’ll need: 

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 

• Current South Australian Working with Children Check
