About Goodstart Rowville – Murrindal Drive
Goodstart Rowville - Murrindal Drive is a vibrant and supportive learning environment that caters for 54 children each day.
Our centre operates Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 6:30pm, providing quality early learning and care to families in our community. We're seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Educator to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week on a rotating roster.
This role will see you working in a float position across four learning environments, supporting children and educators throughout the centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships across multiple age groups, and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education and care.
- Is comfortable working flexibly across four rooms and supporting different age groups as required.
- Demonstrates a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Is eager to learn and develop their knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Shows initiative and a willingness to upskill through coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
- Builds strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

You’ll need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current VIC Working with Children Check
