As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Tucked away in a quiet pocket off Lonsdale Road, Goodstart Sheidow Park – Hutt Close is a warm and welcoming small centre of 55-places with three rooms. We are close to local schools, shops, and community facilities – creating a perfect hub for meaningful community connections.

• Work in a full-time capacity between 6:30am – 6pm, Monday – Friday, you’ll inspire and mentor our team to deliver exceptional educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).

You’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current SA Working with Children Check
