As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. About Goodstart Smithfield: 

  • We have 90 places in our centre. 

  • Our centre is centrally located within walking distance of Munno Para Shopping Centre, Smithfield Interchange and many other small businesses. 

  • We work to provide children and their families with a safe and challenging environment while offering early-intervention strategies to assist children who might be at risk or disadvantaged.

  • Our Centre’s approach is an all-of-community one, working within the Enhancing Children’s Outcomes (EChO) framework.

  • We have a Child and Family Practitioner, a Speech Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist who liaise with our Educators to provide training in how best to assist children with any additional, sensory or behavioral needs.

  • Work with a Director who has been in the Early Learning industry for 30+ years!

You’ll need: 

  •  Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 

  • Current SA Working with Children Check
