As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
• Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business
   

About Goodstart Somerton Park:

• 110 place early learning centre is located close to shops and public transport
• Centre opened in late 2017, newly constructed with 7 spacious naturally inspired learning environment with seamless indoor-outdoor flow
• Catering to children aged six weeks to six years, with programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Secure access, Storypark for real-time updates, and an on-site qualified cook providing fresh, nutritious meals daily.

You’ll need:

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
• Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
