Company: Goodstart Early Learning

Educator – South Hurstville

Goodstart is Australia’s largest early learning provider.  As a not–for–profit social enterprise, we exist purely to improve the lives of Australia’s children and their families. Our people are our foundation, together we are working to ensure children have the learning, development and wellbeing outcomes they need for school and life.

Our centre

Goodstart Early Learning South Hurstville – Woniora Road is located in a safe but convenient pocket of suburbia close to schools, shops and residential estates.

Awarded High Quality in the accreditation and rating process. The staff worked together to create a program which is unique to our centre, allowing them to explore different areas of interest with the children and provide learning opportunities covering all developmental areas.

Outside, the playground areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces – with trees,  large sandpits, veggie patch, worm farm, decks, garden beds and lots of shade. Carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability – while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam.
