About Goodstart South Nowra:

Goodstart South Nowra is an inspiring and vibrant early childhood centre that has been nurturing young minds since 2006. Conveniently located near the CBD and surrounded by primary and high schools, our centre is the perfect place for passionate educators to thrive.

 

We offer a Supportive Team Environment: Our dedicated team members are always there for each other, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where everyone can shine.   • Fixed-Term Role: Until January 2026
  • Full-Time Commitment: 40 hours per week with a monthly Rostered Day Off
  • Dynamic Work Schedule: A rotating roster designed to enhance work-life balance
  • Preschool Room Leadership: Join one of our two preschool rooms, engaging with 20 children daily
  • Dedicated Programming Time: Enjoy 3-4 hours a week specifically for programming
  • Collaborative Planning Space: Access to a separate staff planning room for creative brainstorming
  • Centre Capacity: 76 places available for children
  • Opening Hours: Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm
  • Local Amenities: Just 800 meters from a shopping centre featuring a bakery, gym, and take-away options
  • Accessibility: Close to public transport with ample off-road parking available

You’ll need:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
