Pay: $35.92 - $60.00 per hour (depending on Qualification & Exp) + Super + Benefits

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

  • Catering to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, our centre proudly supports families from diverse cultural backgrounds.

  • The majority of educators hold or are studying towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • An Early Childhood Teacher leads the Kindergarten program five days per week, implementing the Early Years Learning Framework.

You’ll need:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current <State> Working with Children Check
