As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Stuart Park is located in the inner Darwin Area along the Stuart Highway. This makes the centre popular with people who work in Darwin City and for those who work in Palmerston.  
 

Our dedicated staff are warm and friendly and we have a number of staff members who are currently studying for their Certificate III or Diploma of Children's Services. The staff at Goodstart Stuart Park strive to provide children with learning experiences that encourage and promote their development.

You’ll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 

• Current NT Working with Children Check
