Our Role: As a Teacher - Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. Your passion for teaching will shine through as you mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, achieving outstanding outcomes for our children.

About Goodstart Tallebudgera Connection Road

• Centre Capacity: Goodstart Tallebudgera Connection Road is a welcoming 75-place centre offering a supportive, close-knit environment for children and families.
• Room Placement: This opportunity is for a pre-kindergarten teacher, with the additional responsibility of being a float educational leader, to support excellence across the centre.
• Flexibility & Programming: Open to full-time or part-time candidates, with flexible working arrangements and dedicated programming hours to support planning and individual learning outcomes.
• Centre Features: Situated in a peaceful country setting, the centre offers four large outdoor playgrounds, sensory learning spaces, and nature-based experiences.
• Team Diversity: Work alongside a dedicated team of educators focused on fostering community connections and nurturing children’s growth and development.

• Competitive pay - you’ll get paid well above award and receive a package comparable to state primary school teachers (our Graduate Teacher starting salary is $80,000)

You’ll need:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
