Employment Type: Permanent Full-time (start in January 2026)

Pay:  $36 - $41 per hour plus allowance plus super

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You’ll need: 

  • a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 

  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
