As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Our 75-place centre, located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, exudes a warm, country feel. Our five-room facility features three expansive playgrounds and regular access to bush kindy, allowing children and Educators to explore and collect fruit from our very own orchard. The centre is guided by an outstanding, long-term leadership team with extensive experience.

You’ll need: 

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
