It’s a place where everyone is encouraged to bring their strengths and ideas to the table, knowing they’ll be heard and valued.
  • 🏡 Our Centre – Our 82-place centre features five engaging learning environments and four outdoor play spaces that encourage exploration, imagination, and connection. We’re continually building on these spaces to create rich opportunities for learning — both within the centre and out in the community. A key focus for our team is embedding regular excursions into our curriculum, giving children meaningful hands-on experiences that extend their learning beyond the classroom. Inside, our staff room is a friendly, collaborative space where ideas are shared, achievements are celebrated, and there’s always time for a chat (and a good cup of coffee).
  • 💖 Experienced Leadership– Be supported by a dedicated and experienced leadership team who bring more than 60 years of combined experience to their roles. Together, our Centre Director, Assistant Director, and Educational Leader lead with empathy, integrity, and a shared commitment to empowering others. We believe that every educator is a leader, and we take pride in nurturing each team member’s professional growth through ongoing guidance, reflection, and mentorship.
  • 🌍 Our Culture –– Our centre embraces and celebrates diversity, inclusion, and belonging. We honour significant cultural events such as NAIDOC Week, Diwali, and Chinese New Year, while ensuring that every culture, story, and perspective is valued year-round. Within our workplace, we foster a culture of encouragement and collaboration — where educators uplift, celebrate, and inspire each other. It’s an environment grounded in respect, teamwork, and genuine connection.
  • 🧸 Our centre vision – At Goodstart Burleigh, our vision is to create a place where every child, family, and educator feels a deep sense of belonging.
