As a Senior Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and response to the needs of all children.

• Located on the eastern side of town near shops, schools, and country towns
• Friendly, highly qualified, long-standing team, many of whom have been employed at the centre since its opening in 2005
• Centre Director with 27 years of industry experience and who has directed the centre for 15 years

You’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check
