Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time (38 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday) 

Pay: $33.71 - $34.72 per hour

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'lltake charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

• Located on the eastern side of town near shops, and schools
• Friendly, highly qualified, and long-standing team
• Centre Director with 28 years of industry experience and who has directed the centre for 16 years

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check
