Centre: Goodstart Wangaratta – Moore Street  

  

Employment Type: Full Time / 38hrs per week / One day off the floor & floating between the four rooms throughout the week  

 

Pay: $39.85ph - $68.53ph

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You’ll need: 

 

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 
  • Current Victoria Working with Children Check
