In this role, you will

 

  • Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
  • Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
  • Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business
     

About Goodstart Warnbro South 

 

  • Our centre is located in the local community of Warnbro South in the city of Rockingham, conveniently located not far from Warnbro Shopping Centre. The learning environments at Goodstart Warnbro South are designed with a focus on play based and teacher initiated learning and development
  • Our nursery learning space caters for 12 children per day and has a focus on supporting children to reach their developmental milestones such as sitting up, crawling, rolling over and walking
  • The toddler learning space caters for 15 children per day. In this environment children learn routines like toileting, serving their own meals, group play and self-regulation
  • Our preschool/kindergarten learning space caters for 29 children per day and has a strong focus on school readiness. Writing, literacy, science, maths and social skills are encouraged through many learning experiences carried out in both small and large groups with assistance and guidance from educators and our early childhood teacher
  • 18 car spaces are located right outside the centre’s doors!

You’ll need

 

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
  • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
