Looking for a meaningful career, a supportive culture and the chance to grow? Whether you’re already working in early years or are just starting out, we’d love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Warnbro:
Goodstart Early Learning Warnbro is located in the idyllic beachside community of Warnbro, just a 4 minute drive from Warnbro shopping centre and 2 minutes drive from Warnbro train station making it a convenient location.
We are a small 47 place centre which presents us with the unique opportunity to provide a home like environment for our children and families. We have a dedicated team of both Diploma and Certificate 3 qualified educators.
Our play based, stimulating curriculum is based on the Early Years Learning Framework and our rooms are all set up with this in mind. We also develop colourful, engaging programs accounting for each child’s individual interests, needs and strengths; and with each step we are ensuring the children are ready to take the big step into schooling.
Our intuitive Storypark platform enables us to maintain consistent and clear communications with families. That means we are better placed to support a child in their learning journey, ensure parents have peace of mind, and time stamp the children’s developments, milestones and achievements.
Our outdoor play areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces. We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability – while giving children the scope to explore and play. There is a strong focus on encouraging children’s imagination and building their creative thinking.
Our centre vision is “To provide a home away from home, where children can dream, believe and learn in a safe nurturing enriched environment.”
