About Goodstart West Kempsey:
Our community-focused Goodstart West Kempsey centre of 76-place, located conveniently over the railway line in West Kempsey, seeks a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated team. We proudly acknowledge the Dunghutti People as the Traditional Custodians of the land and are committed to reconciliation, with a published Reconciliation Action Plan on the Narragunnawali platform. Our centre values teamwork, open communication, and a family-like environment where Early Childhood Professionals collaborate to create meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Primarily responsible for our 3-4 Kindergarten Room, guiding children through crucial developmental stages in preparation for school readiness.
- Work alongside with 3 educators and 1 Inclusion Support Worker in a room of 20 children.
- Dedicated weekly programming time of 2.5 hours to craft innovative, engaging programs for your young learners in our modern staff/programming room.
- Enjoy having a Rostered Day Off (RDO) and experience having a work-life balance.
- Rotating roster of every 3 months as an Early Childhood Teacher between 7am – 6pm.

You’ll need:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
- New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
