As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

- Supporting the centre in working in a full-time position.
- Qualified Early Childhood Teachers (working 40 hours a week) will have an option for a Rostered Day Off (RDO).
- Primarily will be working in Pre-School Room. With the flexibility of supporting other age groups in the centre.
- Dedicated staff room and programming table for non-contact time of 3 hours on a weekly basis.
- Rotating shift – flexible leadership schedule tailored to meet the dynamic of our early learning community.

You’ll need:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
