Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

In this role, you will

• Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
• Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
• Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
• Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

About Goodstart Wonthella 

• Fixed term contract till December 2025
• Our centre is open 6:30am to 6:30pm, excluding public holidays and is situated in a quiet suburb of the up and coming popular coastal City of Greater Geraldton
• With 5 rooms the centre offers large open plan learning environments
• You will be working with purposeful and stimulating learning environments to ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning
• We offer a welcoming environment, and slow paced transitions to ensure everyone is comfortable
