About the role

As an Educator at Goodstart Baringa, you'll become a valued member of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to create meaningful learning experiences that support children's growth, wellbeing, and development.

You'll help create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children feel supported, empowered, and inspired to learn.

In this role, you'll:

✨ Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning programs

✨ Build strong and meaningful relationships with children and families

✨ Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments

✨ Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing

✨ Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader

✨ Contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement

What you'll bring

✔ Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent

✔ Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

✔ Current QLD Working with Children Check

✔ Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform

✔ A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
